Scope of Service (Service Notes & Boundaries)

- Personal Incidental Costs: Personal shopping, gratuities, and optional, unlisted luxury activities are handled independently by the client during the tour.
How the VIP Pricing Structure Works
- Step 1: Secure your booking service by paying the $600.00 Base Planning Fee. This initiates your 1-on-1 consultations and unlocks the design of your custom luxury itinerary.
- Step 2: Once the itinerary is finalized, you will settle the actual land tour costs (e.g., if private luxury transport, elite guides, and VIP tickets total $8,000) directly with the licensed execution travel agency.
- Step 3: The 5% Concierge Coordination Fee ($400 in this example) is billed separately through me secure independent platform after your itinerary is finalized.
