1. Cancellation & Refund Rules
All my offerings are custom China inbound travel services, including professional itinerary planning, local guide arrangement, attraction ticket reservations and one-on-one travel consultation. Since these are bespoke service products with no physical goods or logistics involved, tiered cancellation fees apply according to how far in advance you cancel:- Cancel 30 days or more prior to your travel date: A 20% cancellation fee will be deducted from the total order amount; the remaining 80% will be refunded within 5–7 business days.

- Cancel 7–15 days prior to your travel date: A 50% cancellation fee will be deducted; the remaining 50% will be refunded within 5–7 business days.
- Cancel within 6 days of your travel date: No refund will be granted. By this time, I have already confirmed and locked in guides, tickets and other travel arrangements, with relevant costs already incurred.
2. Order Modification
If you need to adjust your travel dates, revise itinerary details, or change the number of travelers after booking, please reach out to me at least 10 days before your scheduled departure. I will do my best to accommodate your request.Any changes that generate extra expenses — such as increased ticket costs or guide rescheduling fees — may incur additional charges. Modifications requested less than 10 days in advance may not be available, and the above cancellation policy will apply.

- Cancellation due to personal reasons such as visa rejection, illness or travel restrictions, when made within the 6-day window before departure.
